How to Contribute Information

PublicMoni combines official records, civic monitoring data, and evidence-backed public submissions so project information can be reviewed, verified, and improved over time.

  • GovSpend payment and contractor data
  • NOCOPO procurement data
  • Citizen, CSO, MDA, and contractor submissions

Who Can Contribute

Citizens may contribute anonymously or with contact details. CSOs, MDAs, and contractors can submit role-specific project updates, official context, progress evidence, and correction requests.

Browse projects

Find the project

Search PublicMoni by project title, location, sector, agency, or budget code.

Submit evidence

Add a field update with at least one photo, document, video, or supporting link.

Government review

Authorized reviewers validate submissions and mark them as pending, verified, or rejected.

Public visibility

Verified and unverified updates are shown distinctly on project pages with their source context.
